Cancellation Policy

At Essex Sparkle Clean, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness & efficient scheduling for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all booked services:

  • 48+ Hours Notice

    Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled service time.

  • 48–12 Hours Notice

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 48 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total booked service fee.

  • Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge of the total booked service fee.

We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute changes prevent us from offering the appointment time to other clients.

If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Additional Information

  • Late cancellations prevent us from filling the appointment slot with another client. The policy ensures fairness and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

  • If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time and prior notice has not been given, this may be treated as a late cancellation and could incur the full service fee.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email to reschedule your booking. The amount of notice given will determine whether any fee applies.

  • We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. While the policy applies in most cases, we review exceptional circumstances at our discretion
