I’m personable, friendly, and trustworthy, and I take great pride in delivering a service that clients feel confident and comfortable with. Building lasting relationships with customers is just as important to me as delivering sparkling results.

My career journey has been anything but ordinary. I’ve spent much of my working life in aesthetics and customer service, building strong people skills and a real understanding of what great service should look and feel like. After COVID, like many people, I explored different paths from working as a postwoman, to roles with NatWest in banking, and even with Ford Motor Company. Each role taught me something valuable about reliability, professionalism, and customer care.
But it wasn’t until I stepped into the cleaning industry that I truly found my niche; something that gives me genuine job satisfaction every single day. There’s nothing better than transforming a space and seeing the difference it makes to someone’s home or business.
Outside of work, I’m a huge animal lover. I have my own horse, and my long-term dream is to one day own my own land where I can spend more time with my animals and enjoy the countryside lifestyle I love.
My Foundation
I started Essex Sparkle Clean after working with another cleaning firm for just over a year. That experience gave me the confidence, skills, and belief to go out on my own and create a company built around high standards, reliability, and personal service.
